Job Description:
A company is looking for a Broker Relationship Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage independently contracted agents regarding retail products
including Medicare, dental & vision
Recruit, train, and impact selling behaviors of agents via
telephonic & electronic communication methods
Collaborate with field representatives and local market offices to
achieve sales goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years of relationship management and
sales experience OR 5+ years of such experience
Active Health & Life Insurance licenses OR ability to obtain prior
to start date
Prior professional experience with Microsoft Office Programs
Intermediate proficiency or better in Microsoft Office programs
(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
