Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Entertainment Production
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide project assistance for USO Tours and special events,
handling confidential details and processing military base
access/travel documentation
Assist in financial tracking, budget creation, vendor management,
and program measurement for the Entertainment touring program
Support the CRM platform implementation, track center
participation, and gather data for reports and presentations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations,
or related field preferred
3-5 years of work experience in administrative or support roles,
preferably in the sports or entertainment industry
Working knowledge of music, TV, film, sports, and pop culture
Proficiency in budgeting, financial systems, and vendor
processing
Ability to handle confidential information with tact and poise
