I is responsible for providing technical support to Berry Global
computer users. **This opportunity is available on 2nd
shift**Responsibilities:1. Covers Help Desk phones as scheduled2.
Resolves Level 1 tickets in the Heat queue3. Troubleshoot/resolve
user problems4. Setup and configure PCs, printers, monitors5. AD
password resets6. AS/400 password resets7. Creates Help Desk
documentation in the IMS Reference Database8. Other duties as
requiredQualifications:1. 0-3 Years experience on the Help Desk2.
Good Problem solving skills3. CompTIA A+ certified4. Posesses
understanding of all PC hardware, Microsoft OS, and OS drivers5.
Ability to install and configure all Berry Global applications with
little guidance6. Understands concepts of Microsoft Networking
architecture7. Understands concepts of Microsoft server related
functions such Active Directory and File Share Security8. Good
written and oral communications9. Ability to work with all levels
of management10. Ability to travel to other Berry Global
locations11. Requires guidelines to complete job successfully12.
Majority of the decision making is done by a supervisor or
manager13. Reports directly Help Desk Supervisor
