Job Summary:
Reporting to the Joint Facilities Manager, the Joint Facilities Analyst is responsible for initiating and building positive relationships with pole owners in various states. This is to be accomplished while driving down workflow intervals, creating efficiencies, and maintaining full compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local rules and regulations and company-established standards. The Joint Facilities Analyst will maintain communication with pole owners, permitting team, Make Ready team, and anyone necessary to ensure the successful completion of new Pole Attachment Agreements. The Joint Facilities Analyst must thoroughly understand all relevant issues, timelines and priorities so that key internal and external stakeholders are appropriately identified and involved.

What you will be doing:

• 
  
• Identification of pole owners in new markets
  
• Initiating contact between Metronet and pole owners
  
• Acquiring pole attachment agreements and maintaining their progress throughout the review and signing processes
  
• Provide analytical data for Pole Owners, Legal, and any other relevant parties
  
• Creating and organizing workflows to ensure and promote efficiencies
  
  
  
  What You Need for This Position:
  
  • 
    
  • Associates Degree preferred
    
  • Telecommunications or Utility experience
    
  • Knowledge of NESC and FCC guidelines preferred
    
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, specifically Pivot Tables and other analytical tools
    
  • Knowledge of PowerBi preferred
    
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
    
  • Strong Organizational and Prioritization Skills
    
  • Priority & Deadline Driven
