Job Description:

* Starting pay of $16.47 + shift differential of $2.50/ hour for 3rd shift.

Qualifications

* The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
* The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 8-10 hours)
* The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, andpower drills.
* Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
* Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
* Previous experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment
* Ability to work 3rd Shift -

* 3rd Shift hours are approximately 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday thru Thursday.

ABOUT THE JOB
After a 1-2 week training on the basics of cabinet making, AKA Cabinets 101, you will start your shift with an all-hands meeting to discuss production goals for the day, safety, and other plant matters. Together with your teammates, you will manufacturer or assemble cabinets or cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals while keeping our Four Basics in Mind

CALIFICACIONES

Capacidad de levantar, doblar, empujar, jalar y mover materiales de hasta 50 libras.

Capacidad de pararse o caminar un turno completo (puede ser de 8 a 10 horas)

Capacidad de leer medidas, trabajar o calcular n meros, usar herramientas manuales, incluidos, entre otros, elevadores de paletas manuales, pistolas de grapas neum ticas, pistolas industriales de pegamento caliente y taladros el ctricos.

Debe tener 18 a os de edad, tener transporte confiable y la capacidad de trabajar horas extras seg n sea necesario.

Experiencia previa trabajando en un almac n o entorno de fabricaci n

Experiencia previa en ensamblaje o en un entorno orientado a la producci n

Capacidad para trabajar en el tercer turno: El horario del tercer turno es aproximadamente de 8:00 p. m. a 6:30 a. m., de lunes a jueves.

Despu s de una capacitaci n de 1 a 2 semanas sobre los conceptos b sicos de la fabricaci n de gabinetes, tambi n conocido como Gabinetes 101, comenzar su turno con una reuni n de todos los trabajadores para analizar los objetivos de producci n del d a, la seguridad y otros asuntos de la planta junto con sus compa eros de equipo. Fabricar o ensamblar gabinetes o componentes de gabinetes para cumplir o superar los objetivos de producci n, teniendo en cuenta nuestros cuatro conceptos b sicos.
