ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Check out and approve operational quality of equipment..Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Works well in a team environment.Use professional concepts and procedures to solve equipment problems.Extensive use of meters, oscilloscopes, other test equipment, hand and power tools.Performs all testing (electrical, mechanical, vacuum, leak, high pressure)Must be able to lift 40lbs. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:AA in electrical or electronics technologyMinimum of (2) years as a customer service technician with hands on experience.Strong electrical and mechanical skills.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with maintenance of high-power electronic equipmentExperience working with RF and vacuum systemsLANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical.
