Job Description The Central Litigation Team is seeking a Vendor Performance Analyst to assist with evaluating and monitoring vendor performance. Ensuring service level agreements are met and making appropriate recommendation to improve vendor performance. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing vendors feedback based on established goals and expectations - Monitoring vendor activities, both internally and externally - Documenting and communicating all open vendor performance issues - Conducting daily, weekly, monthly calls with vendors on performance issues as necessary - Maintaining an ongoing scorecard to document vendor performance - Working with partnering business units to establish procedures for placement - Maintaining a stable, open line of communication and act as a liaison between OneMain and the vendor - Communicating vendor status to senior management - Maintaining awareness of company policies and procedures, federal and state laws as well as providing guidance to employees to ensure compliance - Monitoring competitive activity and trends for supported business and formulate competitive solutions to meet or exceed sales goals - Fostering a high energy, high performing team culture with exemplary customer service standards Minimum Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED - 2 years experience as a Support Specialist within the financial services industry Preferred Requirements: - Associates Degree - 3 years experience with IT (Information Technology) or Banking / Finance software applications - Strong phone, communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet goals in a fast-paced environment - Quick thinker with creative research skills - Proficiency with Internet and basic MS Office applications - Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information COMPENSATION: - OneMain offers an excellent compensation package including a competitive base pay with additional incentives and bonuses. - Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, profit sharing, holiday and vacation time off OneMain prides itself on internal growth opportunities through training and development as well as career growth opportunities through internal promotions.
