Scheduler - Temporary
Southeast Missouri State University Autism Center for Diagnosis and
Treatment
Temporary part time
Primary Responsibilities:
* Schedule appointments for the various professionals at the
center
* Coordinate with billing agent and office staff to address needs
for both clients and professional staff regarding appointment times
and billing
* Prepare paper charting and upload to electronic medical records
system
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and other
professionals
* Maintain professionalism with all staff members, clients,
families, caregivers, and community organizations
* High school diploma or GED
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to lift at least 25 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to
be physically active with or without accommodations
* Ability to pass a background check
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
* Demonstrated commitment to a diverse work environment, including
working with multi-cultural populations and an understanding of,
and sensitivity to, issues affecting women and minorities
