Responsible for greeting, escorting and transporting patients and visitorsResponsibilities Safety

--- - Manages processes effectively in regard to employee/patient safety.

--- - Maintains all required records, reports, statistics, logs, files and other documents as required, including but not limited to payroll, schedules and status changes.

--- - Promotes a culture of process improvement by establishing unit/department based programs that supports the system & process improvement goals.

--- - Actively participates on system-wide or hospital-based teams.

--- - - Role Specific

--- - Greets, escorts and transports patients and visitors.

--- - Collaborates with auxiliary staff.

--- - Lead: Assigns greeters/transporters to designated areas.

--- - Lead: Addresses customer complaints.

--- - OR Transporter: Assists staff in turning over rooms.

--- - OR Transporter: Assist in cleaning surgery rooms.

--- - OR Transporter: Assists in pulling instruments for cases.

--- - - Qualifications

--- - High School diploma or equivalent
