Aerotek : Hiring immediately 7pm-7am ShiftStarting at $22.83/hour plus a dollar shift differential Description:Responsible for keeping the macerator running under the proper operation conditions. Responsible to understand own role in the Food Safety Management System by awareness of the importance and relevancy of their activities and to report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.Job Duties Include:-Maintain the proper cooking conditions on the process-Maintain the equipment and areas in proper operable condition-Prepare all reports involved with the position-To participate in all jobs and special tasks assigned by his/her supervisor-Communicate and participate with the Mill Operator for maintaining the best processing conditions for the final product-Follow schedule-Drive the forklift in production area and other areas where needed.Skills:food production, operator, batching, general production, macerator, mill operation, Food manufacturing, Mixing, Batch processing, Forklift, Forklift operation, ManufacturingMust Haves:-Math skills, decimals, ratios, graphs and percentages-Basic mechanical principals-Basic computer skills-Communication skills-Ability to understand Manufacturing process and production planning-Forklift experience About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
