Job Description:

Responsible for operating an electroencephalograph machine and produce EEGtracings for use in the diagnosis of neurological disorders. Responsibilities Safety

--- - Manages processes effectively in regard to employee/patient safety. Record Keeping

--- - Maintains all required records, reports, statistics, logs, files and other documents as required. Process Improvement

--- - Promotes a culture of process improvement by participating in unit/department based programs that supports the system's process improvement goals.

--- - Actively participates on system-wide or hospital-based teams as needed. Role Specific Responsibilities

--- - Instructs and prepares patient for EEG tests.

--- - Performs EEG procedures and processes studies.

--- - Provides necessary readings and makes a record of readings for review

--- - Maintains EEG equipment and supplies.

--- - Completes documenting and charging responsibilities, report process Qualifications Education

--- - High School Diploma Licenses and Certification

--- - BLS Experience and Skills

--- - Technical Experience: - 1 year
