Job Description:
The Accounts Payable Administrator assists and supports the
accounting team with financial, clerical, and administrative
services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of
payables. This includes analyzing and verifying invoices are
assigned to the correct cost distribution before submitting to
payment, maintain statements, and work with vendors to resolve past
due invoices. The Accounts Payable Administrator must comply with
established policies and procedures.What you'll do:---Analyze and
verify invoice information and cost distribution before submitting
to payment ---Reference spreadsheets to ensure sales tax is paid on
appropriate invoices---Maintain monthly vendor
statements---Collaborate with vendors to resolve past due
invoices---Research duplicate invoices ---Identify and send
miscellaneous invoices to purchasers for approval---Collaborate
with purchasers to resolve invoices---Other duties as assignedThe

for:---Knowledge of computer systems (OnBase/JD Edwards preferred),
including Outlook and Microsoft Office products---Ability to
prioritize daily, weekly, and month end tasks---Ability to
consistently meet all deadlines---Must have excellent data entry
skills and strong attention to detail---Exhibit strong work ethic
and professional attitude ---Must have strong written and verbal
communication skills---Ability to work independently and with a
team in a fast-paced, high volume environment with emphasis on
accuracy and timeliness---Ability to maintain discretion and
confidentiality at all timesEducation and/or Experience---Associate
degree or equivalent, courses in accounting preferred---Accounting
administration experience with at least one year in A/P
