Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Administrator assists and supports the accounting team with financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of payables. This includes analyzing and verifying invoices are assigned to the correct cost distribution before submitting to payment, maintain statements, and work with vendors to resolve past due invoices. The Accounts Payable Administrator must comply with established policies and procedures.What you'll do:---Analyze and verify invoice information and cost distribution before submitting to payment ---Reference spreadsheets to ensure sales tax is paid on appropriate invoices---Maintain monthly vendor statements---Collaborate with vendors to resolve past due invoices---Research duplicate invoices ---Identify and send miscellaneous invoices to purchasers for approval---Collaborate with purchasers to resolve invoices---Other duties as assignedThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this position.
