The Business Development Representative (BDR 1) would actively set,
coordinate and execute Qualifying WebEx for an assigned ConRes
sales Branch. (Geography based) Your role will be to seek new
business opportunities by contacting potential customers and align
them with the ConRes sales teams. Ideal candidate is looking to
move into an outside sales role within 2 years.
Become knowledgeable and proficient on Call center infrastructure
tools, including SF.com, WebEx, Zoominfo, Groove Auto dialer, MS
Leverage ConRes and publicly available sources of "Contact Lists"
to establish a comprehensive Calling list to set appointment with
prospects aligned to Approved ConRes Corporate Sales plays
Continually reach out to "Contact lists" with the expectation that
you will set a Qualifying Discovery Meeting, coordinate the WebEx
attendees. Ensure the successful execution of the WebEx, then
obtain written acceptance of meeting from Sales Rep./Manager
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and attempt to set up
Get Knowledgeable, trained and certified (as requested by Mgr.) on
approved Corporate Sales plays.
Establish and execute a weekly "sales cadence" with your ETR or
assigned Sales mgr.
Build long-term trusting relationships to the assigned Branch sales
Education: 4-year college degree
Experience: 1-3 years' experience as a Business Development
Representative, or Similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Skills: Comfortable with Cold Calling/appointment setting
Training: Become knowledgeable on Approved ConRes Solution sales
