AEROTEK HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Mill General LaborerPAY/BENEFITS: $15.60/hour. A competitive benefit package including vacation time and health insurance is available with employer. $0.50pay increase after 640 hours and shift differential pay of $1/hour also available!SHIFT/SCHEDULE:(12/hr Shift *3 day weekend off, every other weekend)Day Shift Hours 7am - 7pm- Wk (1) 36hrs - SU, W, TH- Wk (2) 48hrs - M, T, F, SANight Shift Hours 7pm - 7am- Wk (1) 36hrs - SU, W, TH- Wk (2) 48hrs - M, T, F, SAENVIRONMENT:Some outdoors and in inclement weather conditions DUTIES:The General Laborer is responsible for assisting in the general tasks in the production area. Responsible to understand own role in the Food Safety Management System by awareness of the importance and relevancy of their activities and to report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.-Assist in the cleaning tasks for equipment, interior cleaning of production buildings, and work areas.-Take flour flows-Fill hopper with additives, take additive flow, make necessary adjustment to meet specifications, and record information on Additives Control Sheet.-Ensure that reprocess flour is flowing.-Empty carbons traps and dispose of carbon.-Inspect and clean cooler magnets. Maintain a clean area,record verification of magnet inspection on magnet inspection sheet, and take magnet collection sample to QA Lab.-Measure flour silos, repo silos, corn silos, waste silos, and reprocess silos.-Reprocess flour if necessary.-Participate in all the jobs and special tasks assigned by his or her supervisor.-Drive the forklift in production area and other areas where needed.-Follow all Safety rules and GMP's.-Participate in ISO, Food Safety, Safety classes and Process training.-Cleaning of the drying circuits.-Attendance is an essential function of this position.BASIC REQUIREMENTS:-Basic Math Skills-Forklift experience-Good job tenure-Reliable transportation to and from work About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
