Job Description:
Main Responsibilities: • Truck Drivers check-in. o Part of
customer service to ensure shipping on time • Preparing finished
product to ship to customer o Adheres to performance standards in
quality and quantity (Checking for damages as well as count) •
Following warehouse receiving and shipping procedures o Accurately
records and stores raw materials and finished goods in the
warehouse o Accurately handles and records all corrugated and
plastic packaging products from receipt to storage and then to
production • Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse •
Ensure adherence to all safety practice like but not limited to: o
Forklift and dock doors safety check lists. o Ensure usage of
proper PPE o Communicate any unsafe conditions or behavior. o
Adherence to golden safety rules. Performance Metrics: • Number of
Accidents, Near Misses, Observations of unsafe
conditions/behaviors. • Inventory Accuracy. • Cycle Counting
targets. • Warehouse Inspection Score (safety and housekeeping). •
On time deliveries. • Reports • Correct Shipment (correct
quantity/right time) Qualifications and Requirements: • High School
Diploma or equivalent required • Experience in general warehousing,
manufacturing or distribution preferred • Experience with
Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred • Safety awareness and
quality consciousness Physical Demands: The physical demands
