Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join our community-focused team in Kentucky. Practice Details: 40-bed ED with advanced technology, including Trauma and Fast Track rooms ED sees approximately 60,000 visits annually Average of 15-20 patients per 9-hour shift - Double and Triple Coverage Full-spectrum care with hospitalist backup and strong specialty support Schedule: Flexible schedule of ~15 shifts/month Staggered shifts proportionally split between days, swing, and nights Compensation & Benefits: Base salary of $466,830 annually, plus up to $100,000 in bonus' Extra shifts paid at a $30/hour premium Up to $100K in student loan repayment ($25K/year over 4 years) Residency stipend available Malpractice insurance with 3-year tail coverage Location: A hidden gem on the Ohio River offering a great economy, excellent schools, and an abundance of recreational activities Close proximity to major cities like Nashville, Louisville, and St. Louis, offering very convenient access to metropolitan amenities while enjoying the charm of a mid-sized city Strong local chamber of commerce, active community boards, and youth sports programs Recognized as America's Best Place to Work by CNN/Business Week and a Top City for Millennials by Business Insider Company Description We are a healthcare staffing company that was founded in 2009 and focused on placing physicians and advanced practitioners in permanent, temporary, and executive-level roles.
