Job Description Deaconess Specialty Physicians is seeking a
full-time (.5 Trauma/.5 General Orthopedic) Physician to join our
team in Henderson, KY/Evansville, IN. Employed by Deaconess
Specialty Physicians, a multispecialty group. Full-time position
with $850,000 salary guaranteed for first 12 months. Sign-on bonus
of $65,000. General Ortho (.5 FTE) - Henderson, KY Maintain a
minimum of 18 hours per week of direct patient contact, along with
2 hours per week dedicated to administrative tasks. Trauma Surgery
(.5 FTE) - Evansville, IN Fulfill 72 trauma surgeon shifts
annually, which is approximately 6 shifts per month as stipulated
in the contract. Competitive productivity-based compensation after
the second year. Our specialty doctors have easily exceeded their
initial guarantee. Additional quality bonus opportunity after

implemented EMR (Epic) for Inpatient and Outpatient Candidates
should be BC/BE in Orthopedic Trauma Call Coverage: 1:4 Locations:
Deaconess Gateway, Deaconess Midtown (Level II Trauma Center), and
Deaconess Henderson Hospitals Evansville, Indiana is the 3rd
