Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Minimum of 1 year experience in
acute rehab or similar setting. - Current BLS certification.
Description: This position involves providing care in an acute
rehab and post-acute setting. The unit has 24 beds with a
patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6-8. The role requires the ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be
responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation of patient care. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary
team is crucial to optimize patient outcomes. Strong communication
skills and a compassionate approach are essential. Requirements
