How you’ll make an impact in this role - Coordinate holistic care journeys by aligning multidisciplinary teams to ensure every oncology patient receives seamless, well-rounded support throughout their treatment. - Execute and adapt clinical care plans with precision, monitoring patient progress to ensure timely interventions and the highest standards of safety. - Advocate for patient outcomes by translating physician orders into actionable, compassionate bedside care that prioritizes both recovery and comfort. - Empower patients for life beyond the unit by leading comprehensive discharge planning, ensuring families are educated and equipped for a safe transition home. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
