Job Description This Southern Illinois site has a need for to
add an outpatient Family Medicine provider to a location that is in
a wonderful "Mulberry, Andy Griffith" type city in
Illinoiswonderful family friendly area. This location is just 1.5
hours from St. Louis and just 2 hours from Indianapolis, so you can
enjoy major metro attractions. The organization is offering an
excellent compensation and benefits package with full benefits,
sign on, relocation, 4 weeks ?? vacation, paid holidays and
retirement M-F, no weekends. Gross Charges production incentives.
