Position Highlights: Full-time, employed position with Deaconess Hospital Outpatient-only at our Midtown Evansville location Practice is supported across four separate locations , with this role primarily based at Midtown Monday–Friday schedule | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Average 18–20 patients per day Limited call for medical advice only Work with a fully integrated Epic EMR system Practice in a supportive, collaborative, and well-established team Compensation & Benefits: $334,000 guaranteed first-year salary , plus annual quality bonus potential Robust benefits package : Medical, Dental, 401k/457b retirement plans, CME time allowance, PTO holidays, disability & malpractice insurance, relocation assistance, and more Dual licensure in Indiana and Kentucky required Why Deaconess & Evansville?
