Job Description Details Department: Cardiac Cath Lab Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5:00pm. Must live within 30 minutes of the
hospital. Call requirement: 1 weekday call shift per week and every
4th weekend. Holiday call is covered on a rotating basis. Hospital:

the offer. Responsibilities Provides direct nursing care to
patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional
procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Assess, prepare and
position patients for procedures. Perform conscious sedation and
hemodynamic monitoring as necessary. Prepare, implement and
document plan of care. Communicatespatient 's condition to
physician before, during and after procedures. Perform and/or
facilitates diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures.
Perform set up and provide equipment and supplies before, during
and after procedures. Requirements Licensure / Certification /
Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of
hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association
or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from
the Indiana Board of Nursing required. Advanced Life Support
preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross
accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of
nursing required OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire. Additional Preferences Prefer BSN 2 years of Critical Care or
Emergency Department experience. Experienced in interpreting
cardiac arrhythmias, handling life-threatening situations in a
fast-paced high-pressure environment. ACLS required within 6 months
