Description: This position requires complete patient assessment and
timely interventions. You will be responsible for medication
administration and following through with physician orders.
Observation of patients and accurate documentation in the
electronic health record are essential. You will implement and
monitor the patient care plan effectively. Assisting with
activities of daily living (ADLs) will be part of your routine
responsibilities. The unit primarily serves patients undergoing
treatment for oncology and hematology, as well as those in
end-of-life care. This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on
