Schedule Rotating Shifts: Days/Nights, Every Other Weekend, 3x12s. Job Description The Travel Adolescent Behavioral Health RN is responsible for providing nursing care to patients aged 14-17 within an inpatient psychiatric setting. This role includes floating to Geriatric and Adult Behavioral Health units as needed. Responsibilities - Manage clinical and other activities in assigned units. - Implement the philosophy, goals, and standards of the Department of Nursing. - Formulate and monitor capital, personnel, and operating budgets. - Direct staffing and scheduling of personnel. - Supervise employees in the delivery of care. - Plan and coordinate orientation and educational needs of staff. - Maintain good working relationships with other disciplines. - Promote positive public relations as a representative of the Nursing Department. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Inpatient Adolescent psychiatric experience required. - BLS certification required. - De-escalation training/certification required; can attend SAFE Training Course onsite if needed.
