Must-Have: 1:4-5 Patient Ratio Description: Provide care for
pulmonary and medical overflow patients. Manage a total of 22 beds.
Work within a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-5. Provide high-quality
nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with
healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge in
medical-surgical nursing. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of patient care. Adhere to all safety, quality, and
regulatory standards. Possess effective communication and
interpersonal skills. Support patient education and discharge
