Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty:
Medical/Surgical, Telemetry Duration: 18 Months Shift: Night Hours
per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Indiana
or Compact License required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS required
Must-Have: Candidates must be comfortable with potential charge
nurse responsibilities. Candidates must be willing to float within
the hospital or to nearby facilities. Candidates must work 2 out of
3 major holidays. Local candidates are not accepted for this
position. Description: Charge nurse responsibilities may be needed
based on operational needs. Training and resources will be provided
for charge responsibilities. First-time travelers are not accepted
for this role. Candidates must have the required certifications in
hand for submission. Medical and religious exemptions are allowed
for the flu vaccine requirement. Candidates must provide two
supervisor references. Candidates must have their Indiana or
compact license in hand for start dates 2-4 weeks out. For start
dates 4 weeks out, candidates must have initiated the licensing
process. Background checks will be conducted prior to the offer.
Candidates must be away from previous roles for 12 months before
applying. Travelers must adhere to contract compliance rules for
the position.
