Candidate Needs Job Details We are looking for a dynamic,
highly-skilled, and experienced General Dentist to join our well
established dental practice in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The ideal
candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of general dentistry,
including oral care, dental diagnosis, patient care, preventive
care, and orthodontics. The position is permanent and offers a
competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Provide
high-quality patient care, including comprehensive oral health
examinations, treatment planning, and preventive care. Perform
general dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions,
root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic treatments.
Diagnose oral diseases, injuries, and disorders, and develop
effective treatment plans. Educate patients on oral health and
preventive care, including proper brushing and flossing techniques,
diet, and lifestyle habits that affect oral health. Adhere to all
safety and infection control protocols to ensure a clean, safe, and
comfortable environment for patients. Collaborate with dental team
members and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive
patient care. Participate in continuing education and professional
development opportunities to stay current with the latest trends
and advancements in dentistry. Qualifications: Doctor of Dental
Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from
an accredited dental school. Current, valid license to practice
dentistry Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures,
including but not limited to oral care, dental diagnosis, patient
care, preventive care, and orthodontics. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex
dental procedures and concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and
treat a wide range of oral health issues. Compassionate and
patient-focused, with a strong commitment to providing
