As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid State RN License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
