Job Title: Travel Nurse RNWe are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at INEVA St Vincent Evansville-40011 (3700 Washington Avenue).Job Requirements:

• Must be AHA certified.
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RNs and LPN/LVNs. Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement. Copy of the physical license is not required.
• Pharmacology 1,2 exam required.
• Education needs to be validated at the source level in accordance with applicable governing laws. Inaccurate information and/or unexplained gaps must be reviewed.
• Resume or Profile.Unit Specific Information:
  • Unit specific checklist optional for onboarding to be uploaded.Additional Details:
    • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
    • If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine. Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in certain areas.
    • Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers. Needs to be updated every year. Declinations and exemptions not accepted.
    • X-ray completed.
    • 1st within 1 year, 2nd within 30 days of start. And/or Negative IGRA within 90 days of offered start date lab printout prior to start. If positive TB record; Requires Proof of Chest X-Ray within last 1 year to be accompanied by TB questionnaire.
    • Candidate or associate should provide documented proof of Varicella immunity.
