• Registered Nurse, ICU at Deaconess Midtown Hospital
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start: 10/7 or 10/21 - bi-weekly orientation
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 (will accept 48 upon request)
• Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required - Subject to change
• GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closedJob Requirements
• Must have 1 year of ICU experience(prefer 2 years)
• 1 travel assignment required
• Trauma level 1 or 2 requiredSchedule Information
• Shift Requirement: 12hr Nights 6:30-7
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: every other weekend/every other holiday rotationUnit Specific Information
• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): Ratios - 1: 2 (3 max - usually with lower acuity/transfer pt if necessary)
• Midtown: Cardiovascular ICU, Neuro/Med/Surg ICU, Surgical/Trauma/Cardio ICU, stepdown
• Gateway: Heart Hospital, Med/Surg ICU, Neuro ICU, stepdown
• Henderson: General ICU, stepdownAdditional Details
• 40 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL CANDIDATES
• Scrubs: Navy blue scrubs
