  • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have 1 year of ICU experience(prefer 2 years)
    • 1 travel assignment required
    • Trauma level 1 or 2 required
      • Schedule Information
      • Contract Length: 13 weeks
      • Start: 10/7 - bi-weekly orientation
      • Shift Requirement: 12hr Nights 6:30-7
      • Float Requirement: float pool - first to float between Deaconess Midtown/Gateway (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY - 11 miles). 2 HR notice given for cross campus float. Mid-shift float within same campus. Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible
      • Weekend/Holiday Requirement: every other weekend/every other holiday rotation
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio: Ratios - 1: 2 (3 max - usually with lower acuity/transfer pt if necessary)
        • Midtown: Cardiovascular ICU, Neuro/Med/Surg ICU, Surgical/Trauma/Cardio ICU, stepdown
        • Gateway: Heart Hospital, Med/Surg ICU, Neuro ICU, stepdown
        • Henderson: General ICU, stepdown
