The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting eye examinations, diagnosing and managing eye diseases, and prescribing corrective lenses. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations. Diagnose and manage various eye conditions. Prescribe corrective lenses and manage pre- and post-operative care for patients. Collaborate with ophthalmologists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Stay current with the latest developments in optometry. Participate in community outreach programs and patient education initiatives. Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ethics, and professionalism. Required Qualifications: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school. Valid optometry license to practice in the state of Indiana. Preferred Qualifications: Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills. 1+ years of clinical experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
