Support Staff - Doctor Office ReceptionLocation: Cape Girardeau,
MO - Doctor's OfficeFull Time, Non-Exempt: Hours are 8am to 4:30pm,
with extended office hours provided, as per the need of each
office.Base Pay: $14.42/hourMinimum Required Qualifications:High
School Diploma, GED, or HSE requiredOne year experience in similar
office setting required.Previous mental health experience
preferred.About this position:Support Staff are the face and the
voice of Community Counseling Center. In this position, you would
be responsible for assisting both clients and staff with a
multitude of various tasks. Support Staff greets all guests that
visit or call our facility with a pleasant and helpful demeanor,
while being observant of possible non-verbal needs of our clients,
such as client's distress. Operating a multi-line phone system,
keeping our Electronic Health Records system current, completing
Admissions with new clients, scheduling appointments, assisting
staff, and processing medical records, are among the daily tasks
that you will be providing when working for Community Counseling
Center.This position will be cross-trained in all support staff
positions, and is not just limited to the front-desk.What your
duties would look like as a Support Staff:Admitting Clients into
our Services with our Admission ProcessProviding Proper Check-in &
Check-Out Procedures to ClientsAdequately Scheduling
AppointmentsKeeping EHR Information Current and AccurateAnswering
Calls, Collecting Information from Clients and Distributing
Messages to StaffMultiple Additional Tasks as AssignedWhat you
already know!You know your way around a computer and your advanced
computer skills will help you provide our clients and staff with
the most current information, in turn, becoming a key component in
providing the best client care.Utilizing your solid Customer
Service skills such as compassion, empathy, positive demeanor,
effective communication, active listening, adaptability,
attentiveness, patience, self-control, conflict resolution and
de-escalation skills are necessary and will be always provided to

you in completing your daily functions.How to operate from both
client-centered & team-based approaches to provide each of our
clients with continual exceptional care.In addition, you will learn
how to admit our clients into our services with our Admission
process, keep client charts current, process medical records,
assist with clients experiencing a crisis, an overview of all the
services that we provide within our agency and how they all work
with each other, and so much more.How success is measured:Client
Satisfaction: This is often shown through verbal and non-verbal
communication. Along with surveyed information from clients and
peer feedback from staff.Creating and Completing Personal Goals
Through our Bamboo HR Program: Quarterly we set individual goals
and work toward completing these throughout our daily
