The Cath Lab Tech III is responsible for assisting physicians with invasive cardiovascular procedures such as coronary angiograms, stent placement, pacemaker/ICD insertion and replacement, peripheral vascular angiograms and hemodynamic monitoring.

This is a comprehenisve and agressive Cath Lab. This Cath Lab Tech III will work on advanced cases.
Responsibilities Tech III - Circulates, scrubs and monitors for AAAs, carotid stents and ASD/PFO procedures.
Tech III - Performs x-ray, scrubs and monitors for AAAs, carotid stents and ASD/PFO procedures.
Assist in daily management of inventory.
Qualifications Associates Degree in Nursing or Radiology Technology required. RCIS certification with at least 2 years cath lab experience will be considered in lieu of Associates Degree.
Current RN Illinois License or x-ray license required
ARRT required for techs
RCIS certification is required to attain Tier III.
CPR
Technical Experience: 2 years clinical experience in critical care nursing or radiology/cardiology imaging required.
