Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a PLANT MANAGER in INWe are
seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager with
expertise in the meat processing industry to lead our production
facility. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with
a proven track record of successfully managing meat processing
plants, ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and
compliance with industry standards.Responsibilities:Leadership and
Team Management:Provide strong leadership to the production team,
fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and
continuous improvement.Oversee and manage all plant operations,
ensuring the team meets production goals while maintaining
high-quality standards.Production and Efficiency:Develop and
implement production plans to optimize efficiency and meet
production targets.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
(KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective
actions.Quality Control:Implement and enforce stringent quality
control measures throughout the production process.Collaborate with
quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry
regulations and internal standards.Process Improvement:Identify
opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to
improve operational effectiveness.Stay informed about industry
trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing relevant
advancements in the plant.Budget Management:Work closely with the
finance department to develop and manage budgets for the plant,
ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising
quality.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in
relevant field
or equivalent work experience.Proven experience as a Plant Manager
in the meat processing industry.In-depth knowledge of meat
processing operations, equipment, and regulations.Strong leadership
and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and
employee development.
