We are seeking a Controlling Manager, Manufacturing Tires AM to join our regional controlling department. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable. This role requires travel to support the manufacturing locations. The candidate will be working with the local Plant Controlling departments as an interim team member for various tasks as needed.

As a **Controlling Manager** , you will closely collaborate with the regional plant controlling teams in locations and the Head of Manufacturing Controlling AM as follows
+ Hands-on support in onboarding and training of key functions and/or new employees joining AM plant Controlling teams on site
+ Act as an interim Controlling team lead in case of a critical demand/lack of resources in one of the plants, step in and provide a hands-on support in key tasks, reporting and/or strategic investment projects evaluation
+ In-depth review and support AM plant controlling teams with advice/recommendations with regards to specific processes (e.g., WIP stock evaluation and usage, CSA etc.)
+ Best-practice/Bower BI, DRIVE tips and tricks sharing
+ Providing controlling support for regional projects (indicative financial input/evaluations, business plans, management summaries, dashboards)
+ Representing manufacturing controlling the Americas in global projects as needed
+ Representation in operational meetings as needed, coordination and close collaboration with Central Manufacturing Controlling team members
This position can sit at any of the following three locations: Sumter, SC, Clinton, MS, or Mt Vernon, IL. It is highly preferred that the candidate sit at the Sumter, SC location.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or closely related field
Minimum of 3 years of current Continental experience (This role is an internal only position, external applicants will not be considered for this role.)
Visa sponsorship available for current Continental employees only
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or closely related field
Minimum of 5 years of Continental experience
Tires Manufacturing Controlling experience
