Position Overview:
Astound Broadband is currently searching for an Employee Resource
Groups (ERG), Manager! You will be responsible for the launch,
support and growth of ERGs, including managing the strategy,
initiatives, programs and partnerships across the company. This
will include serving as liaison between ERG leadership and the DEI
team and providing strategic guidance and oversight of ERGs,
executive champions and other key stakeholders. The successful
candidate will understand the business impact of Diversity, Equity
& Inclusion (DEI) and will leverage key metrics, communications,
and strategies to drive positive business outcomes. The candidate
must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly
shifting priorities, be committed to process improvement,
standardization and creating sustainability.

Including:
The base salary range in NY, CT, and MD for this position is
$85,000-$105,000, plus opportunities for bonus and benefits, if
applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of
the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be
above or below the range based on various factors including but not
limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is
specific to the states listed above and may not be applicable to
other locations.
