Position: DC Director of Operations

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full P&L
- Lead all aspects of warehousing, transportation, customer service and workforce management
- Build a world class team
- Train and develop exempt leaders
- Drive performance, cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and foster relationships with customers

MUST Haves:

- 10+ years of warehouse and distribution management experience
- 2+ years experience overseeing multiple DCs/FCs including overseeing the full P&L
- 3PL and/or CPG distribution experience highly preferred
- Has managed teams of 300+ in a distribution setting
- Has a Lean/C.I. mindset
