Job Description:

Red Letter is seeking a Content Manager that will specialize in web properties management on the account management team and live the agency's core values on a daily basis. The Content Manager is a salaried, full-time position in the Cape Girardeau, MO office with some flexibility with schedule and occasional remote options.

The Content Manager will:

Collaborate with client to ensure web properties are in alignment with client national, regional and global strategies, plans and priorities
Successfully coordinate a wide range of digital web projects with minimal errors and quick response time
Stay up to date with website trends and bring ideas to the team

Content Manager Responsibilities & Duties Include (but aren't limited to):

Client Responsibilities

Capture client needs or client opportunities
Present solutions and estimates to client
Keep track of client projects internally and update bi-weekly status report
Overall awareness of budgets and tracking methods

Content Creation

Work with SEO team for yearly recommendations on new page content. This includes how-to, article, buying guides, etc.
Work with PR team to develop content for Influencers
Develop a yearly editorial calendar with content plans for 6 and 12 months out
Request jobs within project management system, providing creative brief with all information necessary for creatives to complete tasks/job
Work with programming to get pages built and then test for accuracy, be able to make basic updates in the content management system with simple HTML
Program homepage content according to editorial calendar
Provide campaign support and update campaign packets as needed
Work with the STS agency to make yearly updates to the site
Embed the yearly livestream when applicable
Work with the Account Managers to determine what content is needed
Be knowledgeable of incentives and how the platform works

Site Modifications

On an as needed basis, provide support and recommendations for site modifications

Product Database

Oversee the product database
Check content for consistency and accuracy
Be knowledgeable of product availability among clients and how to locate this information
Launch products according to the given schedule
Coordinate yearly surveillance with internal quality and compliance team and make updates via the CMS
Be able to make basic updates in the content management system

Competitive Review

Gather content for a bi-yearly competitive review that is on track with industry trends
Present the Web Property section of the review to clients

Quantifiable Reports and QMR Reports

Provide content for the QMR and Quantifiable Reports
Review content with Digital Program Manager to ensure accuracy and consistency

Ad Hoc Wrap up reports of landing pages

Create wrap up reports using information from Google Analytics
Provide recommendations based on analytical findings
Present the findings to client as needed
