  • We are looking for someone who also has a vision to drive ticket sales and service to the next level while being able to continually evolve with market trends and best practice.
    Responsibilities:
    • Drive to meet and exceed sales and performance expectations. ability to hold team members accountable. Lead the sales team to achieve personal goals and department goals.
    • Directs team's ability to set meetings with prospective clients and consistently seek new sales opportunities.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships in order to maximize sales results - executive networking. Customer:
      • Train sales team in relational selling behaviors resulting in high customer engagement and retention.
      • Observe, manage and train sales team daily through formal observations focusing on selling behaviors; ensure sales team is providing an outstanding experience to our customers.
      • Review sales team results and provide recognition; develop and communicate strategies to improve results.
        People:
        • Recruit, hire, and lead a qualified team of selling-focused associates; build a bench for future needs.
        • Facilitate and lead sales team training; ensure training is ongoing.
        • Manage and train employees on selling technique and product knowledge.
        • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
          Required Skills/Abilities:
          • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
          • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
          • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
          • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
          • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
          • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
          • Ability to lead, mentor, and train a team.
          • Ability to empower and develop a strong sales force.
          • Ability to manage to a budget, create strategies, and execute plans.
          • Ability to input and analyze data in spreadsheets to identify trends and opportunities.
          • Ability to reach out to the community to develop relationships and make lasting connections.
          • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
          • Highly driven and self-motivated.
          • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
          • Ability to anticipate and solve problems, act decisively and persist in the face of obstacles.
          • Commitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards.
          • Education and Experience:--
            • Bachelor's degree required.
            • Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership/supervisory position in a sales-driven environment.
            • Industry experience strongly preferred.
            • Physical Requirements:--
              • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
              • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
