SummitRidge Hospital provides quality behavioral health and addiction treatment services in Lawrenceville, GA, approximately 30 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. Registered Nurses provide caring and professional inpatient, outpatient and support services to adults and adolescents suffering from psychiatric or addictive disorders. Additionally, the Geriatric unit provides acute care for seniors in psychiatric crisis. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Strategy Director who collaborates with other clinical members of the Senior Leadership in the hospital and develops workable solutions to enhance operations. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in areas including but not limited to Assessment/Referral, Utilization Management and Business Office functions. -- Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in working with teams and integrating systems including but not limited to PreCerts, Denials and Business Office as it relates to the Admissions process.--
• BS, BA, and/or RN with a minimum of two-- years' experience in mental health including crisis intervention with psychiatric and chemical dependency clients; Masters preferred.
• Strong clinical skills to provide accurate and thorough assessments.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and consistent management of information.
• Reliable self-starter with strong work ethic and high energy level. Works with other members of the Senior Leadership team, analyze, present reports and discusses findings and solutions with management. Function as a clinical liaison develop and enforcing company policy/procedure utilizing audit tools.
