IN Salary: $20-25/hr Job Description: The Flooring Installer will
be responsible for doing both residential and commercial
installations, hardwood, vinyl, and carpet installations with a
keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality
work. Pay Rate : $20-25/hr DOE Responsibilities: Measure and
prepare surfaces for flooring installation, ensuring proper layout
and fit. Install a variety of flooring types including hardwood,
laminate, tile, carpet, vinyl, and other materials. Cut, trim, and
shape flooring to fit around obstacles such as walls, pipes, and
vents. Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to
detail in all installations. Inspect job sites for proper
preparation and clean up after installation. Ensure all safety
procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working
condition. Qualifications: Proven experience as a flooring
installer (2 years preferred). Expertise in installing various
types of flooring (hardwood, laminate, tile, carpet, vinyl).
Ability to read and understand blueprints, sketches, and design
plans. Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to
lift heavy materials and work in varying environments (residential
