We are currently seeking a full-time 1.0FTE Community Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team of professionals in our Marketing Department. This position is expected to work 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evening and weekend events. This position is benefits eligible. WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR CANDIDATES?

• Bachelor's Degree: Public Relations and Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication Studies, or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in community engagement planning and activities.
• Must be customer service oriented and must be knowledgeable with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Photoshop.
• Project management experience preferred. WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?The Community Marketing and Social Media Specialist should have strong computer programing, graphic design and marketing skills to produce content for social media. Highly motivated, creative, top notch social media designer. Should be efficient in Adobe Photoshop and able to work with little direction. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and implementation of specific projects within the hospital as assigned by the Director.
  • Produce content to be posted online
  • Create graphics for social media, internal events, etc.
  • Increase social media traffic and appealing to target audiences
  • Manage and develop employee app
  • Manage and develop Oh Baby! app
  • Write and develop blogs as the content expert
  • Write and develop podcasts for The Women's Hospital Podcast channel
  • Using programming skills to build pages and applications
  • Develop strategy for digital/social media marketing campaigns
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Develop behavioral targeting analytics for all service lines (BIVF, Breast, MDBC, Pelvic)
  • Through behavioral analytics create marketing positioning for TWH
  • Develop and coordinate Physician PR relations/events
  • Develop and maintain relations with other related institutions/clinics
  • Identify and develop service line public relationships materials, posters, brochures
  • Coordinate and/or take photos and still ads for sponsored magazines for the community
