Summary Job Summary

Provides analysis of financial operations and information to provide decision support to executive staff. Completes assignments that are broad in nature. May be assigned several components of a project. Exercises judgment to solve complex problems. Impacts quality and timeliness of deliverables.Job Responsibilities

Performs statistical, cost and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources. Prepares reports based on findings, including health care costs, provider contracts, debt capacity, and revenue and profitability.Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes. Assists with budget review for compliance and opportunities.Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.Performs special projects and duties as assigned, including necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.Organizational Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required. A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Licensure/Certification/Registration

None required.Work Experience

A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field required.Skills and Attributes

Requires a strong understanding of the specialized concepts, practices, and procedures in the area of specialization. Requires some assistance in tasking and prioritizing but able to work independently. Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under general supervision.
